Starting with the pure Orange Marmalade, ARANCE AMARE : Intense fruitiness, a texture of carefully processed oranges to retain the feeling of its origin. Well balanced in sweetness ( the small amount of added honey is working miraculously), acidity and bitterness , the product tastes nothing short of authentic. I can only imagine the kind of care that the trees receive, the high standards in the process of harvesting and processing to get a marmalade that is so fantastic and pleasing to our senses. Combined with bread and butter of the same manufacture like level....mmmh, wonderful.
The creativity of adding hot spices (Chili, Black Pepper) works as well as with high quality chocolate. It is worth trying as a special treat. I am curious about tasting their other products. One thing I know for sure is that the ARANCE AMARE will be reordered soon ( Delivery is quick , packaging professional standard).
I think the producers can be very proud of what they have achieved in terms of quality and authenticity.
