The pollen we propose is dehumidified pollen. When collected by bees, it has a moisture content of 14% to 18%. It is then stored in the freezer room at -20° for sterilization, and after that the dehumidification process is started, which involves removing moisture and bringing it down to about 7 percent. In this way, the product can remain at room temperature. After opening, it is not necessary to have any special storage systems. The only advice is that if you need to store it for a long time (like months) it is the case to put it in the refrigerator. But for those who consume it habitually, you can keep it wherever you want.
Most important during seasonal changes, especially if they are abrupt as they are after summer, where we go from 38° to 18°. Strengthens the immune system, is rich in vitamins A,B and C, contains all essential amino acids, enzymes and antioxidants.
